With little adult guidance I set my course from a young age and defined who I might become, like a glimmer on the horizon; I have followed that light.
It's tough to stay in our wildness, tough to remain true to the path we have steered, yet when we meet ourselves in the vessel of our being, we can pour that wisdom into our becoming.
I live under the depth of my skin and out in the wide open mystery, an embodied investigator of time and space, of spirit and mystery. I could call it putting in the dirt time, my own mat is evidence of the tracks of practice, you could call it worn, I might call it the altar of my becoming, and both are true.
Transformation occurs when I invest in wise and considered questions to journey with you through your body minds. Intending that intimate dialogues arise from within the landscape of the body, dialogues that herald a new relationship with your understanding of a self, a perspective that animates self-study, that impels you towards a new and different threshold. Where the space between the questions is as potent as the questions themselves, can you fall into those spaces? These are the ways I have quested with myself, to be with you, I had to find myself first. Know my vessel to know yours. As a Phoenix Rising yoga therapist and earth based healing practitioner I have honed my presence to reside with you in all the worlds you occupy, all the worlds that are inside of you and the ones that are outside too.

Experiences
I studied at the Sivananda Ashram as my first yoga intensive teacher training course which was over 30 years ago.
Outward Bound & Project Adventure underpin my guiding, and leadership skills. Taking students on multi-day courses, or up into the trees on a high ropes course, create the moment to transcend limiting beliefs by offering a challenge by choice to each individual.
My prayers take me outside to the trees, rocks and creeks on my 30 acre beloved land in the hills of the Finger Lakes.
