The Yoga Classes
These classes are all about inhabiting your body from the inside out- beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
What you are strengthening is at the center of you, your core itself, rather than strengthening yourself to perpetuate the old habits
Awakening your own instinctual, intuitive way of feeling into movement, feeling into your individual structure so that you may know how to modify the forms themselves, tailoring them to your unique bodymind.
The Meditation Classes
The aim is to become the witness, to see the clutter that blocks us from being in touch with the pure consciousness that we already are.
When we meditate we see the clutter and make a choice over and over to recognize that we are not that.
