  • Come to your sessions in clothes that move with your body easily, comfortable clothes where you can twist, extend and fold. What clothes will help you be in your body?

  • There are clients who come for a six or three session series when they have something specific that they are focused on working with a loss, a tweaked back, reactive phase of autoimmune, loss of confidence.

    Other clients come bi-weekly and some once a month. It's really about finding the rhythm that moves you towards your intentions.

    I have clients that I work with over the course of many months who find the ongoing work supports their ongoing growth.

    Together we can find the rhythm that works for your life, your schedule and your well-being.

  • I offer a sliding scale, knowing that in my local Ithaca area many live below the mean average salary. I envision that those who can afford to pay more will take care of those who can afford to pay less by choosing the higher end of the scale. $80-$300

  • Sometimes I might encourage you to do just that. Or consider ways to integrate how to move in the ways we did during the session during your everyday movement and there is benefit in the continuity of working with your body.

    If you found relief in the session when we used some of the props, exercises, absolutely try that at home. You are in charge of your journey.

  • I am so happy to say, anyone and everyone, no matter your experience, age or body type. I love to teach to a group of people who have different needs, capacities and abilities. There is time and space for individual attention.

    In each week's session we will explore a soul searching topic that will inspire and enlighten. From yoga philosophy, healthy lifestyle, current events, and more, I will share from my long time studies, curious nature, and practical mystic point of view.
